In Vanishing Point
Associate Curator Claudine Isé investigates such "everywhere and nowhere" places as airports, shopping malls, and corporate high-rises through the work of 22 contemporary artists. The catalogue features an essay and entries on each artist by Isé, plus a guest essay by noted critic Hal Foster. Artists in the exhibition are Sarah Beddington, Helene Binet, Fabian Birgfeld, Dike Blair, Marco Brambilla, Joy Episalla, e-Xplo, Jonah Freeman, Sabine Hornig, Teresa Hubbard and Alexander Birchler, Craig Kalpakjian, Carla Klein, Luisa Lambri, Won Ju Lim, Daniel Mirer, Sarah Morris, Edward Ruscha, Deborah Stratman, Amelie von Wulffen, Corinne Wasmuht, Amy Wheeler, and Carrie Yamaoka.
