This is the third in a line of artist designed t-shirts to commemorate the 2019 Season of the WEX DRIVE-IN, the Wexner Center for the Arts free outdoor film fest. Deerjerk, aka Bryn Perrott is a Morgantown, West Virginia-based artist whose primary medium is wood carving. Her style often blends concepts of the esoteric and magical with Western mundanity in a way that feels both innocuous and subversive. Her use of pattern and high-contrast detail links her work to a primitive punk/DIY aesthetic as well as countless cultures and traditions that have inspired the movement over the decades.
